- Click on the declaration mentioning that you are aware of the claims and enter the CAPTCHA.
- Select ‘Save.’
- Preserve the application reference ID sent to your registered mobile number.

What are the benefits of PMAY?
- Individuals availing a home loan under PMAY can benefit from subsidies on interest of up to 6.5% on the basis of their economic position. The tenor of a home loan can go up to 20 years.
- Mandatory accommodation of senior citizens and disabled persons at ground floors of a residential property.
- Materials used for construction are sustainable and eco-friendly.
- The residential property must have a female member of the beneficiary household as the co-owner of the property.
